Today, Brian Stock continues the legacy begun by his late father, K.C. Stock, as CEO of Stock Development. Alongside Matt Sellick, President of Homebuilding, and Vice President Shane McGrath—whose Montana roots and extensive experience across the Mountain West bring invaluable regional perspective—he leads a venerable custom home team building in the West’s most distinguished private club communities.

and oversees all the company’s
homebuilding divisions. He has been
with the company for over 20 years,
and leads STOCK’s custom home
development team throughout Montana,
Wyoming and Florida. Matt earned
his degree in Business Management and Administration from Florida State
University, and has been honored for his leadership and excellence by
regional builder associations
Shane brings extensive experience
in custom homebuilding and real
estate across luxury residences and
community developments throughout
the Mountain West. Beginning his
career immediately after college, he has
overseen land entitlements, subdivision
development, and numerous luxury
custom homes. Prior to joining Stock
Custom Homes, Shane refined his craft working alongside the region’s top
builders specializing in one-of-a-kind custom home residences. Shane holds
a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Montana State University, with a focus
